Amazon, Google, and Apple have all banned the Parler app from their respective platform. This is as a result of the attack on the Capitol Hill building last week.
Parler app has been Linked in connection to the capital attack on Wednesday by the Trump supporters and top smartphone platforms and services have removed the app from their stores. Google said it will restore back the parler app to the play store once they have moderated their services.
In response to the ban, Parler’s chief executive John Matze has described this as “A coordinated attack by the tech giants to kill competition in the marketplace.” Also in a press statement on Sunday evening, John Matze stated that his company is taking measures to Moderate content on the platform.
